Yixing Teapots
Although there are large YiXing Teapots made for entertaining the majority of teapots are made for individual use and so have a small capacity. We have noted it where possible along with the actual size.

You can almost imagine this piece as something planetary with its repetative circular designs. Well named and elegant.

This piece is wider than it appears from the side. It has a very appealing series of round shapes in its design that repeat.

It almost looks as though it were folded like its namesake folded paper Origami.

Inspired I suppose by our candy but the lines of this teapot are so much nicer. It is fluid looking and a runner up in my mind to the teapot Georgia OKeefe which is my favorite piece.

My tastes run to the simple and elegant and this teapot meets my needs. The shape is superb and the repetition of the circle design in the handle and then on the lid is very well done.The very thin lines of red that encricle the teapot with gold yellow dots
between adds that extra touch.
Teapot is 5 3/4 inches long by 2 3/4 inches high and holds 6.5 ounces
