Located in the heart of the Potteries, Aynsley China has a history stretching back over the centuries. In 1775, John Aynsley established a factory at Lane End (now Longton) and became one of Stoke-on-Trent's earliest master potters.
Set is about 5 inches high with a 5 1/2 inch saucer
Teapot holds 8 ounces and the teacup 6 ounces

Being a gardener by trade before becoming a retailer I have a fondness for this set. It is the most interestingly decorated of our Aynsley pieces with a wonderful grouping of garden related objects on both the teapot, tea cup and the saucer as shown in the larger photo.
